    30 Days of Strength

    This might be a dumb question days 1, 5, 9 etc are circuit, right? Do all exercises in one session for X sets, not one by one.

    Level II

    16 Squats
    16 Side leg raises
    16 Lunges
    16 leg extentions
    16 plank leg raises
    16 slow climbers
    = 1set
    2 min rest

    16 Squats
    16 Side leg raises
    16 Lunges
    .
    .
    for 5 sets = Level II
