    Hello minnesotaman and welcome! You can use the Program Filter to search for programs that match your criteria. Here is the list of strength-building programs that don't require any equipment. Most of those are 30-day programs, with one workout specified for each day. A couple (Age of Pandora, and Hero's Journey) are 60-day programs, and one (90 Days of Action) is a 90-day program. You can use the filters on the right side of the page to further narrow the list according to difficulty level.

    There is also a Workout Filter for individual workouts. It works the same as the Program Filter, but returns individual workouts that match the parameters you input, (instead of 1-3 month-long programs).

    minnesotaman Welcome to the Hive. I'd start with something light like Foundation to feel it out. As you explore the Hive, you will add-on more programs and/or challenges. I also pile on Workout of the Day and Dailydare to my daily routine for variety and fun.
