Power Cardio or 30 Days of HIIT Advanced

I'm getting close to finishing both Strength Protocol and Total Abs (Level III) second time around. I've gained quite a bit of muscle and I want to start dropping a bit more fat.

I plan on starting a cardio/HIIT program, but I'm not sure what to choose. Right now, I'm contemplating between Power Cardio and 30 Days of HIIT Advanced.

Which one should I go for? I expect to be able to finish either one at least at Level I. However, I can't get a hold of dumbbells for the Power Burn days in Power Cardio.

Cant go wrong with either of those. I dont see dumbells in the power cardio, if i missed it you could probably improvise. Lots of push ups and burpees in power cardio, and you can claim the 50 burpees in a row along the way. Just reviewing that program i think i found a winner that i will have to do again.

Oh yeah the add on workouts! Sorry for missing that. I am sure you could figure something out. Sounds like your strength is there and i think this will get you sweating and trimmed up; just what you are looking for. I have used bags full of stuff or water jugs before as dumbells before. There are probably better suggestions out there too. Enjoy! The hard work in power cardio will be worth it.

Hi quarkmage! I was leaning towards power cardio as well. Most retailers are fresh out of dumbbells, that's the issue. I could probably get around it somehow.

        Thanks for the input.
