    Quick Question on the Ninja Challenge

    Hi Bees,

    I'm doing the Ninja Challenge: https://darebee.com/challenges/ninja-challenge.html

    And I'm not sure what Day 13 is:

    It's either a full burpee with push up, or a push up and a jump?

    (Or a rare and deadly, push-up so hard you push yourself into the air!)

    Any ideas?

    I would go for full burpee. If you aim to to as much reps as possible full burpee and pu w/ jump is exactly the same anyway.

    On the other hand: the push up into the air sounds great and I would love to see that. But then I would suggest to include a backflip just for fun

      thanks BraesiA - I don't know why I didn't see that they are "exactly the same anyway"! I think I was trying to find an excuse for not having two minutes of full burpees!

        Colin, every time there is a problem with understanding what a picture means just look through old dailydares and find a similar image
