thanks for all the reply. I don't check this place very often so I saw all of them recently.
Currently I'm on Z to H day 25 I decided finishing and added Chest & Arm challenge.
Should I ditch the program I'm on?

I found myself in a similar situation with the foundation program. I did most workouts on lvl3 (is "on" the correct word or should it be "in"?) with no rest at all. I keep doing the program as a warmup now and started 30 days of strength. Definitely want this badge

Z to H can be too easy. I dropped a few programs after starting for whatever reasons. Just find something else that would be better for you.

I totally understand what you mean. I started the 60 days of cardio program but it's not challenging enough for my "needs" so I added two challenges along side. So, as Io6 suggested, you could keep going with the Zero Hero program and add something else to make it more challenging

Endurance is mental as well as physical. But I definitely understand needing to feel challenged. Maybe add a challenge to your routine?

Should I ditch the program I'm on?
Hello there,
I want to lose weight and gain endurance. I wasn't exercising for a time and I thought I should go easy so I started with "Zero Hero" program but it feels like it is not enough. I'm at day 17 and I'm indecisive about what to do. Should I finish it before starting to a new program or just ditch it and go for "90 Days of Action" or "30 Days of HIIT" or would you suggest another program? What do you say?Tags: None
