    exercising with tailbone pain

    i had to skip leg day yesterday because i couldnt even stand up right without severe back pain,should i wait until the pain is gone to start exercising again?

    I fell down the stairs in January and hit my tailbone. If it hurts, avoid it. The pain is telling you something isn't right, so listen to your body. You might want to be extra careful with anything that involves glutes and situps. Took me a couple weeks before I could do squats and a bit longer to do situps. Now I'm back in action.
