    im confused about HIIT

    Im doing the HIIT advanced program now for 30 days
    is it okay if i do the total abs along with it and lift weights
    or should i do HIIT alone for 30 days

    What works for you is fine, there are no bans
    If you do one after the other workouts, it is generally recommended to do weights and then cardio.

      is there like a specific time period i have to wait after training with weights?
      im scared if ill get myself injured hence why the all the questions

          Always do a good warm up before training and stretching at the end and this will avoid many problems.
          Listen how you are, sometimes you can do more, sometimes less, it's normal, and it's always better to start slowly and then increase the training load.
          As soon as I finish my weight training I do cardio but I start slowly.
          I don't take many breaks during training, maybe I prefer to slow down the rhythm but not stop completely.
          Keep in mind that this is only my opinion and experience


          The results if you train steadily arrive, you see them in the mirror, someone who hasn't seen you for a while tells you and makes you notice and you realize that the same exercises that put you in difficulty then you do them easily
