    Leg Workout

So I am getting back into fitness after 3 years,I am making a schedule for myself,I have included Abs and Upper Body workouts in my schedule but I run 2KM everyday,so should I include a Leg Workout in my schedule or is the running enough?

Deadman, I would add some leg specific exercises, such as squats, lunges, calf raise, and their variants, to your routine.

2 km a day isn't nearly enough for a 'work-out,' especially if you're doing it in 9 minutes or so. Try stairs, lunges, calf raises, squats, eetc, as Rock TN suggested. He's right.

2 km run could be consider cardio. As pointed out by Warmaker, the benefit of your leg muscles are limited. I do know how you have designed your training session, but I suggest to avoid to add only one or two exercise. A common mistake is to training the legs with few exercise done at the end of a workout. Such a approach trains in a not efficient way the leg muscles, since the volume of exercises is quite limited.
It's better to dedicate a "full" workout to leg muscle if the goal is strength.

I will add some leg workouts. Strength training your legs really makes your running easier.
