    Which is better?

Let's say today I miss day 12 of a program/ challenge, and I will do it tomorrow. For the best result, is it better to do day 12 and 13 together, or simply put everything off (so just day 12 tomorrow, then day 13 the next day)?

I think the two options follow the structure of the program in different ways, but I am not sure which is better.

kandy It would depend on the program and the intensity. Typically I have about an hour worth of exercise per day, and so if I miss a day of a program then I will just work it back in the next time and do less of something else. That said, there is no real harm in letting it lapse and just picking up where you left off.

I would say that if you feel that you can do it, then catch up, if not then start where you were.

Honestly, it's up to you. Normally if I skip a day on my regimen, I don't try to play catch up unless it's really a very short day for everything else I plan to do and I can do both days in less than an hour and a half. I wouldn't stack more than two days on top of each other, though.
