    Why no EC? Usually is "No rest (between sets)".

    30 seconds raised leg elbow plank and 30 seconds side elbow plank are 15 seconds per side, right?

    It is indeed one minute total - 30 seconds per side. For the other exercises, you switch sides after each rep.

    That's the way I understand it, anyway.

    Second exercise (the one after the warm up):
    "30 seconds per side, switch sides after 1 minute"
    Is 30 seconds one side and then 30 seconds the other?
    1 minute total, right?
    The overall time for the workout is 14 minutes, right?

    The following exercises have all sides, right?
    So is always 30 seconds one side and then 30 seconds the other?
