    About the Knee Workout..

Hi Bee family. I want to ask a question. I was looking at the oldest workouts and I saw this workout:

    https://darebee.com/workouts/knee-workout.html

The thing I want to ask is, does anyone know how Wide single leg squats are done?

I looked around a bit but couldn't find any demonstration. If you know one I would be glad.

    Have a nice day!

Hi madao802 here is an article about exercise for runners. The second to last exercise is the Wide Stance Single Leg Squat and the first photo looks like the Darbee pict. It says:
don't let your knees extend over your toes.
So it's quite a small movement. You can see it in the 2nd pict, that should be the 'down' position.

Andi64 Thank you man, I understood now. That was really helpful.

Andi64 madao802 I'm pleased I found this q&a. I was also hoping to make sense of the knee workout before actually trying it. I assumed that any exercises on darebee would be fully described - either in words or video - somewhere on the site. Given the excellent intentions of the site, providing such brief diagrams without corresponding descriptions is both unhelpful and probably dangerous.

I agree, cantique -- I also feel that if not a full description, perhaps a link to a "rather close" one, with a text description of modifiers. Like "this squat, but up against a wall, and then just stop at X point for half, or Y point for full, and hold for the count." I've been frustrated looking in the exercise library when I can't see something, especially if I'm typing in the name as it appears on the workout page.

I don't think everything needs a full video, but sketches filling in the moments between the (typically 2) main images, GIFs, and text can all help. Thanks!
