Where is ,,XXL BICEPS,, workout????

    Where is ,,XXL BICEPS,, workout????

    Hi bees and team bees

    I would like to know where is the workout called ,,XXL BICEPS,,?? I'm 100% sure it was on the website on November 9th 2019, because I was training my arms and did this workout . I wrote it down too,to my Workout Diary, so I am not dreaming
    I Wanted to do this workout again but can't find it anymore and forgot to print it out.
    Is it a mistake because of some bug on the web or because it was hacked or did u simply delete it???
    I'm just wondering

      Fremen wow!!! Lovely!!! Thank you very much!!!!! I was searching it everywhere but it did not show up it's strange....I will print it out now in case it would dissapear again on my side

        Just to be precise, I tried to search the Workout through the Workout filter and it doesn't show up in it any way I tried it on my mobile and notebook too. I mean I write there ,,XXL,, or ,,XXL BICEPS,, and filter finds zero workout. It does not show up even between ,,Upper body,, workout section to me!
        it shows just here when I use the link which Fremen left or when I go on all workout collection so it is on the first list between other exercises..... so my Workout filter is probably broken ​​​​​​​

          Confirmed: It doesn't show up when filtering for "upper body" and searching on "biceps" doesn't bring it up. (Did not try "XXL")

          neilarey - It looks like this workout is hiding from the filters. Maybe it needs to be Rogue Biceps instead? (Not the best joke, but I'm trying.)

            Kanary Thanks that u heard me calling and that u tried it too So lets see what happen to those Devil's BICEPS .... I hope the little problem will be fixed without problems soon

              Miss_Dada ... not sure, just fixed?
              Checked in to the Workouts page and searched for xxx biceps - no UC, no extraneous commas - and it showed up.

                DaithiMeyer good morning😊....for me good night😴 i tried it again now and no, it still does not show up.
                Sure , I do not use commas etc ... and this workout is not even in upper body section . Well let's see what Team Bees will say. It's just a little thing, however I use workout filter ofter so was confused a bit it's not there...

                  Try clearing your browser cache OR holding CTRL or SHIFT when hitting refresh on the workout page and see if it pops up. I can see the workout now on the main workouts page (and find it in the filter).

                      oneironaut So I have just cleaned all the history from my browser and google activity etc.... then I tried to search over Workout Filter again and when I write biceps or xxl or section ,Upper body, it doesn't show up anyway🤷🏼‍♀️ I don't know what's wrong!? I am on my mobile at the moment so can not ,hold CTRL or SHIFT, key as u suggest........hmm maybe u have other tip what to do when using mobile phone? I have automatic antivirus in here and everything is under control so it is weird that the problem should be just on my side ....

                          Did a quick check on my Android phone (it works in firefox and chrome). The option to clear browser cache on my phone is buried under setting -> privacy -> clear browsing data -> cached images and files (on chrome). For firefox on android it's settings -> clear private data -> cache (and offline website data just to be sure)

                          This happen to me before (here's proof) so you're not crazy and it should eventually go away on its own if the fixes above still don't help.

                              Hi everyone!
                              I am posting this here for future reference

                              The filter functionality we currently use stores all data in a single file. We update the file as we add new workouts. We usually update it manually and it's not always done each time a new workout is released - we usually try to time it with the low traffic timeslots as the filter goes offline for about 15-20 seconds when we do.

                              What happened here was exactly that - we didn't get to updating the file yet with the new workout. You can always find new workouts on the main workouts' page: https://darebee.com/workouts.html but if you go directly to the filter, newer entries sometimes are a) not in the file yet b) not showing because your browser cached the file (it happened sometimes).

                              When I saw this post I went ahead and updated the file myself.

                              I hope this makes sense and helps
