    How to add EC to One-arm Push-ups Prep workout

    This workout says that EC should be doing one minute rest between sets. But the workout already has one minute rest between sets.

    Is there supposed to be that "level 1, 3 sets; level 2, 4 sets; level 3: 5 sets" text at the top? Or am I just doing this the whole way through once?

    One minute rest between exercises, I think it should be interpreted in this sense.
    In training where more than one series of an exercise is done, there is a rest time between one exercise and another, always from 30 sec to 2 min
