    HIITing it everyday

    Can I do HIIT workouts everyday after work (afternoon)? If so, can I do Hell Week consecutively resting during weekends? Or not? What is a good regimen to hit all muscle groups and burn most cals in about 30-40'? (Note: I own two 4kg dumbbels, battle rope and one hard resistance band)... Thanks

    If you listen to your body you can increase or decrease the pace of your workouts while doing HIIT every day but some articles advise you not to do that type of training more than 3-4 times a week:
