    Would like to know if Im doing it right based on this result?

    Hello! Im a user since this May. And Ive already got some advices on how to tone my stubborn arms. Unfortunately, I got sick last July and was able to get back just last month for workout. And after doing the Darebee workouts, Im a bit curious if Im doig it right.

    Fat on the triceps (especially for women) is very common. Like many fat deposits it will recede as your overall bat fat percentage lowers. Unfortunately like many fat deposits (like the belly) the muscle underneath can be nice and toned while still being covered.

    For the triceps I would say move look at strength/endurance output over the looks of the arm for progress tracking and then let calorie burn and time take care of the rest
