    How did Henry Cavill build a strong foundation for the "Man of Steel"? How can I do the same ?

    There are YouTube videos that show him working out,but essentially lots of heavy weightlifting circuits and rope work. The weights are usually classic strength training exercises based on compound lifts (squats,clean and jerk,deadlifts,military press). In terms of Darebee, “Ironborn” is the only program dedicated to weights but some others have it as a component.

      Exercise is important, but don't forget about nutrition. Both are vital for aesthetics.

      Also, lots of chest hair.

        Also,keep in mind that Henry is following a training (and dietary) program that works for him. You may need a different approach to get to the same place.
