    ya, but according to Damer, you might need more depending. Although if you want to lose weight (I think) one of those two options will be ok, but don't quote me on that.

      According to this article the banana is great post workout with some protein https://www.ndtv.com/food/why-banana...-snack-1933051 and it also says it's pretty good pre workout
