I'm not sure what I should do...

What should I do to lower my Bodyfat %? My belly looks like a deflated balloon. But the rest of my body looks fine.

I feel like I have high fat compared to muscle.

I'm 5'1 and 121lb. I'm not sure if I should lose weight (or even how much).

And if I should lose weight, should I focus on Cardio or Strength for training?

Note - I have no equipment. Bodyweight only.

It would be best to post pictures of a body so everyone can see exactly what you mean and how you look right now.
Of course you don't have to but it's gonna be easier both for you to see progress later on and for Bees to give you advices.

So for the body fat lowering, this is what got me from around 25 percent down to current 13 percent BF.
Intermittent fasting (15 lbs lost in around 2 month of non consistent fasting, you could lose around 7-8 lbs a month depends on person).
Caloric Deficit is the more important thing,I was sticking to the maximum of 1800 calories ,everyone has different needs for calories so you need to calculate your own by using Calorie calculators online.
Working out,you can find a program on here and stick to it,your focus should be equal, around 4x Strength training a week and 4x cardio a week.(I was doing mostly 6x strength/weight lifting and around 2x of cardio first 2-3 months but that is not required).
Also you should consider doing HIIT instead of Cardio.

About your badges, how did you manage to do 10 of them but still be at 121 lbs and don't know the basics of fat lowering?Just wondering...

There is a lot more stuff on this but we wrote it multiple times and you should search a bit on here before asking a question so we don't have to write it all over again.

Nevetharine you appear to be within the accepted weight range for your height. You may just need to tightened things up a bit to get the appearance you desire. Might I suggest getting started with foundation-program. It’ll help get you on track to getting fit.

I've been on Darebee for 2 years. I've lost 50lb so I'm well aware of how to lose weight.

But I'm not sure as to what my next move should be.

As you can see, I am already within an accepted weight range. And my arms and legs are quite toned. Except for my stomach.

I'm not sure if I should lose more weight, and just do cardio, or if I should lose weight and try to add some muscle. (Body recomp)

Or if I should lose weight, with added strength training. I've been doing IF for 2 years. Used to do 20:4 but now I do 16: 8.

But my stomach is all flab. It hangs when I plank.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post pictures like that here?

It looks like your belly is your last place to give up the fat. Do you know your body fat percentage? That could give another clue what to do. Your BMI is in normal range (which is already good), so it's probably a matter of the last kilos, or of exchanging body fat for muscle mass. Do you have abs beneath your flab? Those can push the stomach out, making you look, well, fatter (not that you look fat).
Here's a Darebee article about losing those last ten pounds that might give you some insight (bottom line: HIIT is always good in these cases). I'd even say HIIT is better than cardio, but I'm no pro, so take this with a grain of salt.
If you'd like, you can join the fat loss group here on Darebee, we try to motivate and help each other.
