    That's pretty easy: just hover over the badge with your cursor and you can see the title of the program. If you click on the badge, you'll even get directed to the program itself

    My personal opinion is: practicing every day with awareness, in general I practice at least 15 minutes but it happened to have to reduce to 10 due to time problems or because I was traveling

    P.S. And yes, a walk is also worth it if done for that purpose

    Thanks for the info.. Really love the consistency bit..

    So, for those who need strict clear instructions, it is 15 mins of workout (including warm-up, rest between sets and cool-down).
    And those who can be honest to themselves, its their call.

    Officially, the streak badges correspond to at least 15 minutes of fitness every day. They are not here to reward intensity, but consistency.

    But as vrsthe1 said, those 15 minutes can definitely include your warm-up and cool down times, as well as your rest times between sets.

    My personal take on this is, you shouldn't be too fixated on the timer, but rather ask yourself - can I consider that I worked out today? Even a little?

    Depending on their fitness level, some people will count 15 minutes of walking as exercise. Other people will think nothing of it. But it doesn't matter - our responsibility is to ourselves, and the ability to assess whether what we did was actually beneficial and/or challenging is ours as well.

    As long as you're honest with yourself, it's fine.

    Yes.. but even with HIIT, if you add some warm-up and cool down achieving 20 mins is possible, so I thought it made sense..
    because for me I'll take atleast 5 mins for warm-up, 10 mins for HIIT and 5 mins for cool-down.

    I remember that post, too, but I think the standard is said to be for the 15 or 30 days of fitness challenge.

    I personally don't think so. If you do 30 days of HIIT, it won't get to 20 minutes a day even if you do it at lvl3 and count in the rest time, at least for the majority of days. I wouldn't say I have not exercised if I am doing the HIIT program.

    Rest days are counted as break.

    You have to do some form of workout (atleast some stretching) that last about 20 minutes to count for continuous days of workout.

    This was mentioned in another post, but I was unable to locate it right now.

    In addition to the above active rest days, like say total 200 jumping jacks through out the day, does it count towards continuous days of workout??
    may be an FAQ for this??
