    Can you exercise your abs daily? Should you?

    Yes, you definitely can. If you should or not is your personal choice. If you want to put extra emphasis on your abs / core, then why not? If you're already doing enough training in general that would involve your abs then you don't have to.

    The abs / core is what connects your upper and lower body and is responsible for transfering your power throughout your moves, so generally it's a good idea to have a strong core. Whether or not it's necessary to train it daily is really up to you. We do have programs for that if you choose to
