    Hi, are all the plank positions in the challenge supposed to be static? Even for day 13, 16, 20, and 25?

      I would say yes too. Otherwise a 'Shoulder Tap Full Plank' becomes a 'Shoulder Tap'.

              You can start with 30 sec, then 1-minute and finally 2. Would be 3 times the fun!
