Is the exercise i do enough ? Share your daily workout routine !

    Greetings everyone ,

As the title says , I want to know if the exercise i do is enough ? Maybe it could actually be to much or to little, I could use some advice.

Without further ado this is my daily routine

    -Daily dare
-Daily workout (On the following focus order)
    Full body
    Upper body
    Lower body
    Abs focus
    Full body
    HIIT
    Rest
    -Grip challenge
-And just started Hell week on Lvl 1 ( Day 2 )

Probably important to say the way I chose the workout of the day is run the filter depending on the day and select a workout at random that could be fun/challenging to me.

    Just started the diet 1&1

    Age 23 Weight: 86 Kg / 189.5 Lb

Any advice will be appreciated !

    Thanks !!!

    Hi Welcome

It depends on your goal. Are you trying to lose weight?
For the first 5 days are they strength workouts or cardio?

But for now my advice would be focusing on Hell Week and not doing the daily workouts. It looks too much to me. You can get back to daily workouts afterwards. And I recommend doing stretching workouts on your "rest" day. Other than these, it looks fine to me.

      Hi kandy !

Forgot to mention , All workout are strength base with the only exception being the HIIT day, Will give a look at those stretching workout !

For the weight, yeah kinda, but it sure is not something to urgent, was planing to gain muscle and do the diet so i will eventually lose the weight i need to lose to be on the average recommended, I do enjoy watching the progress i made with push ups and was thinking to start with the basic of L-Sit, Lets say my objective is to feel progress and in the future do pull ups.

      Thanks for the feedback !!!

        Hi!

I think you're doing enough regarding training.
However, I would personally pick up a program instead of multiple workouts because a program is just a succession of workouts that are meant to go together and by doing that you can get a more balanced plan.
Also, make sure that you follow that up with a good diet and you're set up for success!

        Good luck!

Just want to say I love your goals and spirit. And you are welcome.

Oh and my routine? I don't think I am a good example right now because I have a knee problem going on and I am eliminating all the stuff that involves my lowerbody, except the things my physio tells me to do.
