Can I add an additional routine to the 30 days of gravity program?

Hey, I am new to the community and need your assistance. I am currently 9 days into the 30 days of gravity program.

Everything works great, though I constantly feel like I'm not doing enough. My muscles would often go sore during the very first days, but now I don't get challenged whatsoever. I think I could put more effort into exercising rather than just 20 minutes a day. In fact, right now I'm literally craving my workouts and can't wait for the new day to do it. Also, I'm quite unsatisfied with the amount of days in the program dedicated to upper body training. So I was wondering if it'd be reasonable to stick with an additional routine (e.g. Gladiator training plan) or throw in occasional workouts whenever I'm feeling like it?

Or maybe you could recommend a program I could do along with 30 days of gravity that caters for my needs.

Use the MENU and go to Workouts and set the filter for what you want; level, body section, weights, etc. You can combine workouts with programs to get more emphasis on certain areas, in your case upper body.

Hello! Yes, you can add as many additional routines as you want! I am currently doing 3 programs at the same time, 30 Days of Gravity, Power Up and 30 Days of Yoga, and that works well for me. So I don't think it's a problem to add more to your routine if you feel like you need it, do what suits you!

Hi. I'm also doing 30 days of gravity and power up. Also a bunch of other stuff, but the main point is, that you totally can. Cardio is great, but from my experience cardio trim focuses on similar parts of the body as the 30 days of gravity, so that is not good.

        Wish you luck!

Hey, I did 30 Days of Gravity with Power Up and a running plan! ... I mean, you don't need to add the running plan, obviously, unless you're into that kind of thing.

I believe the other add on programs are: Total Abs, Epic Five, Totals, and Back and Core. All of them have different aims so I'd check them out just to see which ones you think would work best with your goals.

While not an add-on program, 30 Days of Yoga seems like it would be paired well with a lot of other programs just as easily.

I'm currently doing 30 days of gravity as a program to regain lost fitness. On days where it feels easy I've been giving myself extra challenges as well as doing the daily dare. For example today was core and I didn't find it hard at all so after the circuit I challenged myself to do 100 sit-ups.

There isn't really a can and can't in workouts more a can-you. If you feel you can do something and reap benefits why not try it?
