My apologies for not absolving all liabilities from jump....as only I, and I alone, could accept or take any mention of physical movements into actual physical kinetic movements, that may or may not help or hurt said situation, as only I can do those movements and therefore hurt myself! Or something

Thank you very very much for your tried and true suggestions!!! Nice! It makes a world of difference knowing that others in similar situations with real experience gives the direction!!! Thank you!!

Good to know I'm not the only one improperly designed around!! ^ Thanks again. This entire website of work is insanely awesome BTW!!!!! Nice work and Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sarasta thank you for the tag here and LabDog2 welcome to The Hive. It sounds like you're dealing with a complexity of issues. Scoliosis, on its own, depending on severity can improve with exercise (Usain Bolt, the fastest man alive, suffers from it: https://spiralspine.com/usain-bolt-f...has-scoliosis/). Fibromyalgia compounds things further. What I would suggest, as a first effort is to try some of our Yoga programs which are gentle enough and yet also challenging enough to work.

I have a listed some of them below, the fourth one in the sequence was developed working closely with the orthopaedic surgeon of the National Health Service - NHS - in the UK, so I'd start with that one first:

I hope all this helps a little. We're all, here, rooting for you.

    Hi LabDog2

I'm sorry about what you're going through.
I'm pretty sure there are several low impact, rehab and stretching workouts/ challenges/programs on Darebee that could help you but I won't take the chance to indicate something that could harm you given your specific condition.

Let me tag Damer for you

Lower Cross/Upper Cross Muscle Imbalance Issues

Our bodies aren't designed to sit a lot but umm, the world we live in disagrees!! I have a horrendous case of both of these issues as I have scoliosis that led to, over many years and coupled with fibromyalgia, my lumbar discs to protrude and start flying out. I've had 3 spinal fusions now....all within 2 years of each other, have 2 protruding now my surgeon believes.....eh, I think he's made MORE than too much $$$ from me and I would be so EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for a set of exercises and stretches to help with these issues!!

My posture is getting worse and oh boy... My rear end has literally disappeared and my abs are so weak. My hamstrings have been tight for a long time as well as inner and outer thighs, hip flexors and front of thighs for a bit, tight neck muscles for a very long time as well as shoulder and upper back stiffness. Please please give me some hope!!!! I would so greatly love a set of pics to not have to think if I'm building things back correctly or not and what do I stretch more or work more, etc. Thank you dearly for your time.
