    Good programs or workouts to combine with Fighters Codex?

    I'm 10 days into "Ironborn" and "Back & Core",getting great results and the planning is awesome!
    When I'm finished I'm thinking of taking on the Fighters Codex. What would be good to combine with that to maintain my strength gains? Maybe 30 Days of Gravity,Spartan Trials or a few strength workouts? Or is there a program I'm overlooking that would cover a blend of Codex and strength?
    Also,in your experience do any of the programs overlap on rest days and compliment each other well?

    Hello Pmcbride, and welcome to the Hive!

    Although some programs can be used as add-ons (Back&Core among them), we usually don't recommend doing two programs at the same time. It often compromises recovery by targeting the same muscle groups too often. And as far as working out is concerned, longer doesn't necessarily mean better.

    Note that the Fighter's Codex will definitely allow you to maintain (and even increase) your strength gains on its own. It definitely has its fair share of push-ups, squats and hidden burpees (AKA push-ups + punches). If you're looking for an add-on program to complement it well, I would advise either 30 Days of Yoga (for balance and flexibility), or Power Up (for tendon strength).
