    Strength addon

I'm currently doing the 90 days of action program. Along with it, i want to do some strength oriented exercises. I have completed the 30 day chest & arms challenge, and looking for a new one. So far, i found the Spartan 30 day challenge, that is strength oriented, but was also thinking about the Power Up program, since it's an addon program. Is the Power Up worth doing for strength? What do you think? Please suggest me some great challenges/programs, to do along with the 90 days of action, that will help me with strength.

Power Up is more for tendon strength, with workouts taking around 4-8 minutes a day. Judging from the exercises they'll have some strength benefits as well (the focus, according to the description, is strength, power and tone, after all). Epic Five could be another program you could look into, with 5 minute workouts (it's more for general fitness, though, but with many strength days). I would probably choose one of those two.
As for challenges you might want to decide if you want to do something for your lower body strength (as you've done upper body strength with your last challenge), or more for general strength. Some challenges you might enjoy:
Ninja (it's a bit broader and with many different exercises, not only strength oriented)
    Ab Challenge (for, well, abs)
Super Saiyan (looks a bit more balanced in its strength focus to me)
Core (I've done that in the past and it was very effective for my core, it's a bit upper body focused, though)
I would probably go with Ninja or Super Saiyan, even though the latter looks more difficult in terms of total reps per day.

You are doing a program, a long one, and reading your post, I'd do "Power Up". It is a 30 days requiring only a few daily minutes, true, and it is for tendon strength, yes. But it is a bit harder that it seems to be. That doesn't exclude the challenges above mentioned. If you finally do more than one challenge (and/or add on), be sure to match rest days.
