Darebee Workout Program: :"Full Circuit" Question

    Hey guys,

I am new and this is a stupid question.
So here is the workout program link: https://darebee.com/programs/full-ci...owall=&start=1

On day one it say to do "7 sets in total". There are 7 different exercises.

Am I supposed to do 1 set of every exercise or 7 sets of every excise?

    Thanks in advance,
    Kramer

    Hi and welcome!

First of all, there are no stupid questions. You are supposed to do seven exercises for seven sets.
So, 3 minutes (in total for one set) x 7 sets-- with no rest inbetween. Erm, makes sense?

    Good luck, and have fun!

Hi Kramer and welcome to the Hive

One set consists of all 7 exercises that you see. So for this particular workout 1 set looks like this:

      30sec high knees
      10sec climbers
      30sec high knees
      10sec plank hold
      30sec high knees
      10sec plank hold
      60sec march steps

You repeat this sequence for a total of 7 sets. I hope this helps

        welcome Kramer
        pretty much what TheRaven said
in this program there's no breaks so after doing 1 set do another one right away
and in case you didn't knew the timer helps to time your workout and every time it beeps you do the next exercise, ill say done when done with one set , press repeat to start another set
the 7 squares turn red when clicked on it keeps track of your sets
        good luck
