    Question re. Power-Up

    Greetings,
    DB Power-Up is presented as an add-on program. The question is, would you "Power-up" after a suitable warm-up and before the bulk of the workout (be it cardio or strength session), or would you leave it to the end of the session to be followed by usual cool down/stretching session?

    At the moment, I am doing it at the end of my workout as I would like my muscles/tendons to be as flexible and warm as possible. If you recommend otherwise, I would love to hear your rationale.

    I have just finished day 4 of the new Power Up program and yes it can be used as a warm up to your main program.

    give it a try for a few workouts and see how you feel and how it works out for you.

      I'd base the requirements of Power Up against the main workout. If it is likely to prevent you doing your main workout to the intensity you are aiming for then do it afterwards, if not then whenever suits you best.
