    Split routine

Hello everybody, I' m new here, I' m an italian man and hope I' m not asking something that has already been ansewred (in fact I even want to know if there is a searching box, which I didn' t find )

Do Darebee programs and challenges follow some kind of split routine by muscle groups? After a quick look I would say no.

Once it has been solved the doubt about the search engine, your question is answered with more questions !!!

        A program focused in ....what?
Here you have a brief guide about all available programs created by Darebee's team. Have a look and choice the one will fit with your goals. Some of them are split by muscle groups (at least most days, depends of the program). Leave a bit more information about what do you want, and I'm sure you'll get better answers and more concise that this one.

Thank you! And thanks everybody for the answers!
That' s what i was searching for:

          In particular this post:

          was very wise.
I' m already doing full body workouts since a couple of years or a bit less, I have a good pull up bar and a trx in my house and I' m able to do about twenty push ups in a row and about six or seven pull ups, I also run a couple of days a week for 30/40 minutes, so I would say that I' m already at a good level, so I was searching for a program that helps me to do the next step, grow some more my upper body muscles and reach ten pull ups or more, maybe start doing some easy calisthenics move. Reading around the web some informations I would say that in order to do this next step I should start to focus my workouts on single muscle groups everyday and do less full body workouts, this is what I was searching for, a Darebee thirty days (or even more) program that make you focus everyday on single muscle group.
I think I' ll continue my search through advanced level workouts.
Thanks again everybody, you're all very nice!

At the main page, under ' get started' you fing the training plan section. The Gladiator would fit if you wanna split between upper and lower body be what you are searching for. But you have to choose the workouts by yourself.

30 days of strength is a
legs | abs and back/biceps | chest and tricep | active rest
            Split

I think you can take a look to ironborn program:
              https://darebee.com/programs/ironborn-program.html
and try to mix bodyweight workout: upperbody, lowerbody, abs and the same target but with “equipment”: dumbbells.
The “Prep” workouts are also interesting:
