    30 Days of HIIT Advanced?

    Is Day-3 only 7 minutes in duration @ Level III?

    Seems too short.

    It seems like an active rest day to me. But i could be wrong.

      Yeah... but you are supposed to go all out, as fast as you can, during the 7 minutes, while maintaining good form, for example raising your thigh to 90 degrees or higher in high knees. See if you can last

        It is indeed 7 minutes in total. However, this particular workout has no rest time, so that would be 7 minutes non-stop, pedal to the floor, all out. 7 minutes can be long, and brutal

        Generally speaking: a workout's duration is not a good indicator when it comes to its effectiveness. It's the intensity that is relevant.
