    Superhero Abs - repeat once?

I think I've figured this out, but I'd like confirmation - repeat once means do the exercise twice, right?

I think so. But that`s so strange.

Imagine a workout tells you to repeat the exercise 20 times. Then it`s telling you to do it 21 times?

I tried to answer your question and now I am also confused. Oh my.

Seeing the sequence of exercises and the hard it is, I think that "repeat once" here means "do it only once (and pass to the next)".

...or not! Let see what team say.

Yep. It's basically saying "do it once". The wording might be a bit misleading here.

TheRaven is 100% correct. We shall have to change this, I think. Sometimes what is obvious to us because we have worked at it so closely is clearly less so once we put it out there. Funnily enough, this wasn't flagged up during testing. Our test groups are way too experienced now it seems, (a good thing) but it creates biases like this one.

If you do change it, I like "complete once" for clearness.

HellYeah ... yeah, that should be "once in one day".
Most of the rest might do better with "do once".
I've learned to ignore such 'problems' on the site.
For one thing, I understand what is meant.
For another, the usage is arguable.
Here, you don't argue unless required.

Oh, my intention was a change in the GUTS workout, like Damer suggested for the other one. In no way I wanted to argue...

I think that under every circumstance, the word repeat always means do again x number of times. The intention was do once, but the result was do twice. I guess sometimes we are on autopilot.

Wasn't suggesting any such thing. After all, this is The Hive where we don't do such!

HellYeah I've added it to the list to change also. Well spotted!
