    full circuit day 4

    Hey guys, I am new to this and I am on day 4 of the full circuit program. That being said I don't know how many times I am supposed to do it since it says no reps but I find the exercise easy. Am I supposed to do it till I can't or is it an easier day to give a bit of a break but still workout?

    Where does it say "no reps"?
    I do see where it says "No Sets", is that what you mean? If so, then what you see is what you do.
    Set the timer and do 30 seconds of Knee-in Extensions (until it beeps), then hold in the extended position for another 30 seconds (beep), then do do another 30 seconds (beep),then switch sides and do the same on the other side.
    Then switch to 30 seconds of Up & Down Pulses and hold, switching sides.
    After 6 minutes of such, you get to do Side Leg Raises for 90 seconds before switching sides. (beep)
    I've never done the Full Circuit Program but just finished the Cardio Go Program (Badge Day!) and see a similar pattern here.

    April 1st I'll be starting either the Athena's Playbook Program or the Full Circuit Program. Have yet to decide.
