    Suggestions for Easy Challenges?

    I just finished Foundation Light and I'm moving up to the regular paced Foundation program tomorrow. I'd like to try one of the challenges but I'm not sure where to start! I have exercise induced asthma so I have to be careful with cardio until I build up my endurance. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Choose something that really inspires you and have fun, this is really important and makes it work, then you can adjust the challenge based on what you really can do and that's fine.
    I am asthmatic and the turning point in my health I had when I learned to breathe well, I started practicing constantly and I took care of myself personally, now I am much much better.

      Some of the easier challenges in my opinion include:

      First Thing Water
      8 Glasses of Water
      No Sugar (although I am STRUGGLING with this)
      Calves of Steel
      30 Days of Fitness
      Go to Bed on Time
      1 Minute Meditation
      Touch Your Toes
      50 Reps A Day
      Only Homemade Meals
      1 Minute Yoga
      Posture

      Choose the one that best fits your needs and matches your long-term goals!

        They're easy because you don't have to do the exercise (there are several to choose from) 50 or 100 reps in one go, but you can split it into as many sets as you need and do them throughout the day.
