    Start over?

    I haven't done any particular exercise for four days now, last time I exercised I finished day 22 of Hero's Jouney (a 60-days program)

    Should I start over with the program because I haven't worked out for too long, or only set it back for a few days, or can I just continue from day 23?

    What do you think would be best for me to do?

    I do not know the structure of HJ, but usually it is good to start from the last (acrive) rest days. And four days are not much, you could also just go on.
