    "Dash" program

    Hello!

    I wonder:
    - Is Dash a program by itself or need the sprints to be included in longer runs?
    - When I read something about IT they say everywhere that you can do this training only once a week and in Dash you do IT every other day. So... I wonder if the program will be too hard for me.

    I have done it with no problem (I am at 24-25 day) and I used my kettlebells for 5-10' workouts the days of the workouts.
    The sprints (as sprints workouts) seem to go step by step and they were not so intense as the HIIT sprint of darebee,maybe they are the last week.
    I will add that I did for 2-3 months the HIIT sprint of darebee already,so you may try this program and see how you are going.
    If you already fit I thing it will be ok.
