    Sit-ups with forward reach

    https://darebee.com/programs/total-abs.html?start=14
The illustration is identical to the sit-ups one.
    What is the difference?
I did not find a video.

I understand by the name (definition of the exercise), than a "[normal] sit up" ends when you go up towards your lower body (bended knees). I see the "Sit-ups with forward reach" as a variation, or improvement of the exercise, keeping the movement and going further, looking for touch your toes (I hope to have described the motion as it is)

You can see the lovely Neila Rey doing sit-ups - both kinds - here.

So you have to touch your toes.
I thought that you have to go further and touch your hands.
