    Hey, just starting up with training, so i wanted to know how to make it less painfull and more frecuent, because im about to go do my service here in México and i’ve been siting doing math but no abs, thing is my family is not helping and when i started yesterday Ended up feelling not so good, ¿what can i do?
    Just me if need to know

    Maybe try a 30 day program like Foundation Light, to ease into it. Increase protein intake, decrease sugar. Stretch well before and after working out. Drink lots of water. I am not an expert, hopefully others chime in too. Good luck, and welcome!!
