Looking For A Good All Around Dumbbell Workout

I want to add weight training into my 90 Days Of Action program but ease into it. I figure I can start off slow and easy with a couple dumbbells until I build up some strength and get used to it.

Is there a good all around workout that will generally cover full body that uses two dumbbells?

    Mithion,
When I started a couple of weeks ago, I was looking for the same thing. I find the Iron Born program is working well for me. I've been pretty inconsistent with exercise for many years and I'm not ready for a heavy duty calisthenics program yet. I find that even with only 20lbs dumbbells, the Iron Born program is pretty challenging for me. You should give it a shot if you haven't done so already.

I convert this workout to a kettlebell workout, so you can convert it to a dumbbell workout

        Hi Mithion
You can add dumbbells to virtually any of our workouts and programs. Replace bodyweight squats, lunges, side lunges, punches, cross chops, arm raises, sitting twists and get-ups with the following dumbbell exercises:

        I hope this helps!
