      If your refer the 1st day of the program, the number is the total of reps you have to do each exercise. So, "40 side kicks" means 40 in total:
      20 right +20 left,
      or 10R/10L+10R/10L,
      ...etc.

      and don't forget the filler between each exercise !!!

      Exercise#1 - filler - Exercise#2 - filler - Exercise#3 - filler - ....etc

        Right now, I’m looking for something to get back into shape without bulking up for now, because I think I screwed something up the last time a did a full weightlifting day (Tuesday) and I don’t want to just sit it out while I’m recovering, plus I joined a weightlifting forum but no one is really helping out on there, so I came back to here
