    Running after injury

    Hello everyone... I used to run around 5k/day 3 times a week... But after a mild injury, I stopped and did "fighter's codex" program and then I only did mild exercise (DDs, chores...) for around a month... Now that I want to restart, I fear that I might do this all wrong... Can someone recommend me a good schedule that will be safe enough in order to be able to run my precious 5K again... Any additional help and/or suggestion will be much appreciated...

    GiorgosD sounds like it's a case of building up confidence again. You might want to do our walker-to-runner program: https://darebee.com/running/from-wal...o-running.html It builds up nicely and should allow you to test how well you've healed without putting a lot of pressure on you.
