    What to do in the days that are not mentioned in the program routines

    Hello!
    I am new in this page and in training. I wanted to start doing the program called "30 days of HIT", but I am confused about what i have to do each day. Because in the program there are workouts for days 1, 3,5,8 and so on. Is not daily, i mean there is no workout for all the 30 days. what should I do for days 2, 4,6,7 etc.? The days that are not mentioned.

    Hi Hesa and welcome. I'm not quite sure what you mean - did you look at the programme on the Darebee website in online form or PDF? I see workouts for all 30 days...

      Hesa what you're​​​​ talking about is only a preview. please, scroll down and have a look, and you'll see the whole program with all 30 workouts


      if you're totally new and never trained before, maybe you'll find the program a bit demanding and you would consider to start better with another easier. if your physical form is good, go ahead!

        Ohh i feel so stupid! Hahah yeah i was looking at it on my phone and i didn't see the pdf version but thanks a lot!
