    Virago workout

    Hi. I'm not sure I'm reading the instructions correctly. Do I do Virago from right to left? For instance, should I start with one leg dead lifts, then go to one leg squats?

    Do the workouts from left to right. Virago has 6 separate workouts within the whole workout. Do the single leg squats, then the single leg dead-lifts. Repeat the left to right pattern through the rest of the workout. I normally do all workouts reading left to right, but I am sure that you could do it right to left and still get the same results. Perhaps others can offer their opinions too.
