    Good strength aim workouts for upper and lower body?

    I cant find any. Ive done supersizer with no problem, and today i have to do upper body (and lower body tomorrow). I can add only 1 dumbell. And i have a médium "bar" so i can do pullups, only the australian ones

    You can't find any? Or none that you like? I did a search for upper body strength workouts with no equipment and came up with 54. Would any of those work? You could further filter by difficulty, structure or illustrations.
