    How does the starter pack works?

    Guys, I'm returning to workout, and I decided to start with the starter pack ( http://darebee.com/workouts/starter-pack-workout.html ).

    But I'm confused, I don't get if I have to do the sequences in separate days
    (like cardio--> Monday;
    strength --> Tuesday;
    abs&core --> Wednesday;
    and repeat Monday on Thursday, etc.)

    or if I have to do all the sequences every training day
    (like Monday--> cardio + strength + abs&core;
    Tuesday --> rest;
    Wednesday --> cardio + strength + abs&core, etc.).

    If anyone could clarify that for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi. You have to do all the sequences on your training day five times. It's a combined workout. Great to you to do physical exercices again.

      Every workout is done in the same routine you do it. No workout covers more than one day. For those, there are the Programs.
