    Plank Crunches

    Hi everyone

    I wanted to ask if any of yours know how the Plank Crunches from Falcon Workout is supposed to be made. I've just found the Plank Side Crunches in the Exercise Library, it might be this one but I think I'd better ask you

    It's not exactly that one. Here's how to do (presumably) Plank Crunch (aka Spider-Man crunch):

    Set Up: Get into high plank position with your arms fully extended and locked. Straighten your legs out behind you and engage your core. Think of pulling your navel in towards your spine.

    Action:Bend your right knee and bring it up towards your right elbow. Hold there for a least one breath, then lower. Repeat on the other side.

    P.S. You can carry your knee alongside of your body or underneath, just try not to drag your foot on the floor.
