    neilarey Ok I tried that it didn't work...I also cleared my cookies to be sure and it still didn't work....I know I am missing something here but I just do not know what it is that I am missing.

      ok y'all I am an idiot! It says done because it is the same number and you are just suppose to say that you did them. My bad, again I admit it I got no brain today. lol
      I have worked all after noon trying to figure out why it said done and I hadn't done anything lol

        I don't really feel like creating a separate topic for that, so I'll just ask here.
        Workout level, how is it established? I've tried to figure it out, but to no avail.
        To provide an example - we have SWAT. It's classified as lvl3 workout "suitable for beginners" and indeed it features rather simple (not easy) exercises. Yet it is returned in an "advanced" filter query results.
        And then we have Augmented which has shrimp squats and "suitable for beginners". If they can do a proper shrimp those are pretty advanced beginners, I tell ya.

          J3ster each workout undergoes a roughly three-month-long journey from conception to release and it is tested, along the way, using a wide variety of fitness and age levels. What we look for each time we decide on the difficulty grading is accessibility. There are advanced workouts that a beginner can do even though their form may not be pitch-perfect. It is that which determines whether we mark it "suitable for beginners" or not. Some workouts simply aren't no matter how we structure them and what modifications we make. Others are.

            Damer someone else commented on the SWAT workout in the Feedback section a while back -- we were wondering if it was mislabeled as Advanced when filtering, since it is suitable for beginners?                       Yes they are designed to be done 30 days in a row.
                      But if you have to take a day off sometimes, you can do it.

                        This will be quick, on static holds if not specified for example "one arm plank 30sec" am I supposed to do 15sec each arm?

                            Question about meditation challenge "1minute equal breathing + 5minutes" is just that or is it 1minute + 5minutes both using equal breathing (like OM Mantra days)?

                              I think it's 1 minute with equal breathing and 5 minutes normal meditation. So 6 minutes total.
