The class in your profile is just a fun motivator. Pick anything that suits your fancy, or nothing at all. And welcome to the Hive!

So, when it says in the workout "repeat once" am I supposed to do one set or two sets? Semantics is such a... problem

J3ster "Repeat once" means you're supposed to do it one time in total

I'm here again with yet another silly question. In here on lvl 2 am I supposed to do 160 reps in each exercise or just in circuit total?

J3ster that would be 160 for each exercise before moving on to the next.

Excuse me, im kinda confused in this case: X10 means ten sets of 2 minutes run and 1 jump-knee tuck? http://darebee.com/images/programs/c.../web/day01.jpg

That would be right. 10 min run and 10 knee tucks in total.

My Questions is about the challenges...I want to clear the ones that are completed and restart. I have clicked reset and restart or startover, I cant remember what is says right now but I cant seem to get it to start over. I have been reading the info on here and I think I understand that I need to clear my cookies cache? Is that correct or is that for a different situation.

SuccessfulStrides Normally hitting reset button should do the trick. What browser do you use? You can try clearing cookies to reset challenges. Do you have Darebee ID? If so then cleaning cookies won't help. What challenges are you having troubles resetting?

SuccessfulStrides after you click "reset" you also then need to click "save" to confirm it. I hope this helps!
