        Hi, I'm French, so sorry for my English.
        I don't really know how to do the program IRON BORN, day 1 for example.
        First exercise : 4x12 then 4x10, then 4x 10, then 4x8. Then exercise 2, and 3, and 4.
        This routine 4 times
        Or First exercise (4x12 then 4x10, then 4x 10, then 4x8.) x 4 times, Then exercise 2 and so on
        Do you understand what I mean ?

          Hi dr38,

          Here's the deal:

          Shoulder Press: 12x and rest for 30 seconds, 10x and rest 30sec, 10x and rest 30sec, 8x and rest 2 minutes before moving to the next excercise and do the same, that is the number of given reps with the 30 second rest between them and the 2 minute rest after finishing and going to the next excercise.
