    With March steps, the foot comes back to the ground, before the other foot goes up. You stand on both feet for a very short time. While with knee highs, you are in the air for a very short time.

    It is the same difference as between walking (march steps) and running (knee high).

    Can someone explain the difference between March Steps and High Knees? There's only a video for High Knees and the two exercises look the same on the static diagrams.
