Warmup & Cooldown Workout Filters Gone?

When I opened Darebee this morning to the workouts page, the Warmup/Cooldown filters seems to have disappeared. Was that intentional? I really liked that filter and was super excited when Darebee added it. I like to have variety in my warmups and cooldowns, and having the filter made it a breeze to pick different ones to do every day.

If it was intentional, can you please add it back? Thank you!

I just looked there, on my mobile, and they do seem to be gone😕. Before that filter was added, I would just do one to three sets of a random Level 1 full body workout….not ideal, but definitely a warm up😏 As for cool downs…I’ll have to find another plan, I guess, unless Damer or @nielarey can speak to this…?

    There is this page: https://darebee.com/warmup-and-stretching.html

It has many warm ups on it. And the filter still has the Stretching option for cooldowns…..😚

A couple of warm ups including the 2-Minute Warmup made it into the wellness type in the filter. The 4-Minute Warmup not. Any particular reason?

stongecat we run, every day of each month several small changes on the site, some so we can streamline programming and others so we can improve the overall user experience. The majority of the things we do are driven by data. The moment we have sufficient data to see that something needs to change and it will lead to improvement, we schedule it. We are currently making some changes to the filter, as you have all noticed, because of the data we have. The Workouts and Cooldowns were under-used and we have now incorporated them into other categories. They still come up if you use the keyword search on the filter itself, i.e. "cooldown" or "warmup". I hope this helps make sense of it.

Damer Ah gotcha, that makes sense. Like Andi64 pointed out, it looks like they're also in wellness and stretching, so I think that's a reasonable solution to my problem. Thanks!

stongecat , the internet is forever. Here's a list of the warm ups and cool downs from the Wayback Machine. You could copy the list of workouts and have that as a reference...

            Here's the URL from Oct 6, 2021.
